This notice concerns shanmedtech.com, operated under the ShanMedTech brand, with an office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. It covers website visitors, business contacts and applicants. It does not replace a healthcare client’s privacy notice, employment documentation or an agreement governing client records. Business information you provide
The inquiry forms collect your name, work email, organization, service interest and any role or message supplied. They also record the originating page, submission time, reference and acknowledgment not to submit patient information. The shorter form does not invent details omitted from it. Provide only the business context needed to discuss your request.
Job applications and optional CVs
Applications collect your name, email, phone, selected position or area, message and application consent. You may attach one PDF CV up to 5 MB. A CV is optional. Limit it to relevant qualifications and experience; omit government identifiers, bank details, medical information and unnecessary information about other people. No payroll or payment details are requested through this form.
Why information is used and who reviews it
The intended purposes are responding to business requests, evaluating applications, managing follow-up and protecting the website from abuse. Valid submissions are saved to a private database for authorized staff. When activated, business notifications go to the CEO and application notifications to HR. Those emails contain a reference and dashboard link, without submitted messages, applicant details or CV attachments.
Hosting, email and Google Sheets
The configured workflow uses hosting and email services and, when enabled, a restricted Google workbook. Business Inquiries and Job Applications occupy separate tabs. The mirror contains original submitted fields, including messages; application rows include an authenticated dashboard link. CVs, private file paths and staff notes are excluded. Google sharing permissions are separate from dashboard permissions and must be limited to authorized recipients.
Analytics, advertising and external links
The reviewed website implementation contains no analytics integration, advertising pixel, payment checkout or automated marketing enrollment. Submitting an inquiry or application is not an agreement to unrelated marketing. External social profiles and other linked services operate under their own notices when you visit them. Adding tracking or materially different uses requires an updated assessment and notice before activation.
Access across countries
ShanMedTech supports U.S. healthcare operations and has an office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Authorized staff access may involve Pakistan, while hosting, Google and email services may involve other countries. This notice does not promise U.S.-only storage or access. Client-data engagements require documented permitted locations, subcontractors, contractual restrictions and applicable transfer requirements.
Retention, archiving and deletion
Retention depends on the collection purpose, inquiry or recruitment status, applicable recordkeeping duties, and legitimate dispute or security needs. Information should not be kept merely because storage is available. Archiving a dashboard record does not erase it. Deletion must account for database records, CVs, exports, Google copies and backups, including any lawful preservation requirement and the way backup copies expire.
Your requests and applicable rights
You may contact the relevant address above to ask about your submission, request a correction or seek deletion. Include your reference if available; do not email identity documents or patient records. Verification may be needed. Statutory access, deletion, correction, opt-out or other rights depend on residence, legal applicability and exceptions. Requests must be assessed under the laws that apply; this notice does not limit mandatory rights.
Patient information needs a separate process
Do not submit patient records, insurance identifiers, clinical details or credentials through these forms. They are not patient-intake channels. Warnings cannot prevent every accidental disclosure: if one occurs, contact info@shanmedtech.com with the reference, without repeating the sensitive details. Work involving client protected health information requires separate due diligence, approved systems and appropriate agreements, including a business associate agreement where required.
