What this website provides
ShanMedTech describes administrative support for medical billing, coding workflows, revenue cycle management, credentialing, patient operations and RPM/CCM coordination. The website helps organizations explore possible support and lets individuals submit applications. Browsing, downloading a resource or sending a form does not itself establish a client, employment, patient-care or insurance relationship.
Services require a written scope
An engagement needs agreed responsibilities, pricing, permitted systems, access, deliverables, dependencies and escalation routes. Service descriptions are not a quotation, staffing commitment or authorization to access records. Financial approvals, refunds, write-offs and similar decisions remain with the authorized owner unless expressly delegated. A separate agreement should address confidentiality, data handling, termination and any required business associate terms.
Administrative support and professional decisions
Website material is general information, not medical, legal, tax, coding or insurance advice for a particular person or claim. Administrative outreach does not replace a clinician’s assessment, medical necessity determination or treatment decision. Submission receipts and performance examples
A successful reference confirms database storage, not that someone has reviewed the request or that an email arrived. It does not promise a response time, appointment or engagement. Charts and examples identified as illustrative are not client results. Eligibility checks, claim preparation and follow-up cannot guarantee coverage, authorization, payment, credentialing approval or a particular financial outcome.
Applying for work
Selecting an area of interest does not establish that a vacancy currently exists. Submission is not an interview invitation, job offer or employment contract. Provide accurate contact and experience information that you are entitled to share. Information you may submit
Use business forms for organizational requirements and application forms for recruiting information. Do not impersonate someone, submit information without appropriate authority, or upload patient records, passwords, payment-card data, malicious files or unlawful material. The optional CV facility accepts PDF files up to 5 MB; it is not a general document-transfer service.
Use accounts and systems responsibly
Staff accounts are restricted to their authorized business or recruiting work. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, retrieve another person’s records, disrupt availability or evade abuse limits. Public access does not authorize security testing. Report a suspected vulnerability through the security contact with minimal, non-sensitive evidence instead of expanding access or downloading records.
Resources, ownership and third-party information
Website text, graphics and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not remove attribution, misrepresent ownership or republish protected material without permission or another lawful basis. External references are provided for context, not as an endorsement or affiliation claim. Payer policies, coding requirements and regulatory materials can change; verify the controlling source before relying on an example.
Medicare and future regulated marketing
These business and recruiting forms do not enroll anyone in Medicare or select a health plan. They do not collect permission to sell beneficiary information or authorize unrelated plan-marketing contact. Any future Medicare sales or marketing activity requires a separate review of licensing, applicable CMS standards, communications and data-sharing consent, disclosures and oversight. This website does not establish ShanMedTech’s status as a third-party marketing organization.
Changes, questions and legal rights
Features and descriptions may be corrected as the service develops. Material privacy changes need appropriate notice; a website edit does not silently replace a signed service agreement. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude protections that applicable law makes mandatory.
